This sleep meditation album, A Guided Journey To Deep Sleep, is designed to help you sleep well at night. It combines relaxation techniques with the soothing sound of beach waves to assist you to drift off into a deep sleep.

This album guides you through preparing your room for sleep, guided relaxation techniques and then a beach visualization with the gentle sounds of beach waves to assist you to let go of the worries of your day and drift off into a deep, peaceful sleep. I have chosen music with my composer that is hypnotic and relaxing, which when combined with my soothing voice, creates a peaceful and restful state for the listener.

With a running time of 46 minutes this guided journey leaves you drifting on a warm cloud of relaxation, as the gentle and rhythmic sound of the oceans waves get you into a deep, deep sleep.

You have nothing to lose — except hours of restless tossing and turning and getting out of bed without energy or excitement for your day.

This is a full body relaxation meditation to allow you to unwind and let go off all the stress and worries of your day. Set to hypnotic music, you are guided to relax each part of your body with your breath, going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

 

Your Favourite Beach (33:12)

This meditation takes you to your favourite beach, where you lie down and tune into the sounds of the waves. As the waves come in you take a deep breath in, as the waves recede you breath out gently. The rhythmic sound of the beach waves gently eases you into deep restful sleep.
