Magical Walking Meditation

The following guided meditation is a walking meditation, designed to be listened and practiced while outside in nature with an mp3 player or iPod. I have been enjoying meditating while walking in nature and was subsequently inspired one day to create this meditation. Meditation doesn't necessarily require you sit with your eyes closed, with practice you can mediate with your eyes open while doing other activities such as walking. Untouched nature naturally has a high vibration, which makes it easier to raise your vibration through meditation while outside in nature.

This meditation will take you on a magical journey to awaken you to your path in life. There are some insightful suggestions to help guide you along your journey and implement into your life. There are also some quiet moments for you to simply relax and reflect while enjoying the tranquil environment. I sincerely hope you enjoy this magical walking meditation.
