Introduction (6:04)

In this introduction I explore the concept of this album and the role that fear plays in our life, as both a hindrance to spiritual growth and also a precursor to spiritual growth. The heart can also hold pain and trauma that needs to be healed and released. The meditations on this album will guide you and assist this process, to regain balance of mind, body and spirit.

 

Healing the Heart Meditation (12:56)

In this meditation you are guided to connect with the energy of your heart and release past hurts in a healing and supportive manner, through opening your heart chakra. This is quite a gentle yet powerful meditation, you will only release or experience what your higher self feels appropriate. Some affirmations are also given to assist with your healing process.

 

Releasing Fears Meditation (13:13)

In this meditation you are guided to release your fears in a supportive safe space. We call upon the violet light for its transmuting power to release these fears that are burdening us. Through the power of intent, visualization and calling on the light to assist you in the process, your fears are gradually released and your aura is strengthened.

 

Shifting from Head to Heart Meditation (12:46)

In this meditation you are guided to shift your awareness and consciousness from the head to the heart. This is the shift ahead for humanity, to become more heart-centered. You are also guided with some healing exercises to heal and balance your head and heart, becoming a more balanced loving human.

 

Public Speaking Meditation (10:50)

In this meditation you are guided to explore a fear many people experience, which is the fear of public speaking. You are guided to visualize yourself in a large room with a large audience and give a speech. This visualization technique is designed to reduce your fear of public speaking, if you ever need to give a speech.

 

Visiting Heaven Meditation (23:22)

In the meditation you are guided on a special journey to heaven to review your life and connect and visit departed loved ones. As we go through life, our family and friends eventually leave us, which can be very upsetting for the one's left behind. It's reassuring that they are really only a thought away and we often visit each other in our dream state. This meditation will assist you to connect with your departed loved ones.
