De-Stress & Feel Good Meditations

Over the years I've received some feedback from listeners that sometimes they like to meditate for 10 minutes, and other times for 20 minutes or longer, mainly depending on how much time they have to allocate to their practice. I decided with this series of meditations to offer a short version and a longer version of the same meditation. Time is very precious to all of us, so I wanted to create an album that offers choice for the listener.
The meditations have been designed to help you de-stress and boost your mood and well-being. The guided meditations offer some self-hypnosis techniques combined with some positive affirmations to help reprogram your subconscious mind. These positive suggestions are completely safe and you are always in control. When you think about all the programming we are exposed to on a daily basis, it can be really important to firstly become aware of and rewrite some of this programming. There is so much fear and negatively-based programming on the mainstream news, TV series and movies that can be quite dark and violent.
Guided meditation and positive affirmations can really help you think more positively and optimistically about your life and the world we live in. Because we have all been exposed to some sort of negative programming throughout our lives, it can take some time and work to alter this. You could say it's about looking at life as a cup half full or choosing to see it as half empty. Perspective and attitude is everything, because this is the basis that forms our life experiences and ultimately our future. Do you wish to create a happy, abundant future or a future of fear and lack? Each day we have this choice, and we have the choice to choose again today.
